Is there a way for my iPhone 6 plus to pair with my next book and share internet?

My nextbook pairs with my iPhone however it still says not connected on my phone. Is it because it is android and apple products?

No. "Sharing internet" is referred to as tethering. While most phones can do this, it is generally restricted at the discretion of your service provider. Depending on what phone company you are with, you may need to pay an extra monthly fee to enable tethering services.
