Is there a way to know if a zip files contain virus?

Hello, Its been a long time since im here, like 1 years ago? Have been taking a good care for my new pc since then thanks to you guys.
So just like title said, is there a way?

Im planning to download the USA version from MegaUp, part 1,2 3 and the 4mb one at the bottom.

Most of the leading antivirus softwares will integrate with Windows Explorer so it appears in the right-click context menu where appropriate.

Download the file, then right-click and from the context menu choose option to scan it with whatever antivirus software you have installed.

Not really sure what the first paragraph means, nevermind.

1. I have not download the zip, are there any chance i got virus just by downloading the zip?

2. If i finished download, no virus detected at the moment. After that i scan the zip file(not extracted), if virus is detected, does that mean my pc is infected now...?

3. If scanned and no virus detected, does that mean EVERY file inside the zip is 99%-100% virus free now and safe to extract?
