is there an emulator for CDV ?

Hello to everybody,
I am new here...and please excuse me if my question has already been asked
in the past.
Is there a software to emulate a Laserdisc player on a PC (with CDRom or DVD
player) ?
I would like to play on my computer some small CDV (12cm/5inches)
(Incidentally I have been the first in France to publish a 12cm CDV (PSYCHIC
TV)
and people often ask me the question of the possibility to play it on a PC)

If not, is it technically possible ?

No. Laserdisc and CDV are analog video formats, not digital. They can't
be played on a computer.
