is there any fresh gpu drivers for my laptop?

I have a hp pavilion g6-1322tx laptop with sepcs as follows:

ram:4gb
hdd:500gb
cpu: i5 2450m
gpu: intel hd 3000 + amd radeon 7450m

I have most of my drivers up to date except for my graphics drivers. In hp's website I only get old OEM drivers (released on 2011 or something) since then no drivers for windows 7 and for 8 only one driver (released on end of 2012). I tried downloading the latest drivers from intel and amd. Intel drivers (installs good no issues) but amd drivers (while installing) say the drivers are up to date. when I tried installing a fresh copy (by uninstalling all OEM gpu drivers) intel driver detects the hd 3000 but in case of amd driver it does not find the amd gpu at all. So, is there a way to install updated driver for that amd gpu? My laptop only detects driver from OEM (HP) only not from amd.

AMD mobile video drivers are only provided by the laptop manufacturer since they are tweaking the drivers

That means there won't be new drivers for my laptop untill hp releases it then?

Yep.

I doubt that HP will bring out new drivers, since newer drivers most of the time add support to newer chipsets and not add additional functions.
