Is there any software that can find out every files installed from an application?

As you know, when installing an application, not all files are installed in the install directory, some are installed outside, like the system directory and etc. So, I want a software that can detect all that effectively. Is there any software that can do that?

I'm not sure, but I doubt it, at least without the program running during the install.

Using an OS with a real package manager is the best option...

See if the software creates a log file of the changes, many do.
