Yes there is Bluetooth for Android, and a quick Google search says your phone should have it. Just check the options/settings menu to see if its turned on.

I have yet to see a smartphone without Bluetooth. The important question is what you want to use it for,

It really depends, you can use bluetooth for streaming audio to a radio, if the radio has bluetooth, or to a wireless speaker that has bluetooth. It can also be used for hands free calling. So you can have an earpiece that connects to your phone, so your phone stays in your pocket and just have the earpiece to talk through.
