I need to get a good gaming computer for recording and video editing. The games I am hoping to play while recording are...
Minecraft
Gmod
ARMA 3
Modded Skyrim(no ENBs or texture mods)
Battlefield Hardline
And lots of other miscellaneous steam games
I don't need to run them on ultra but I would like to get at least 30 FPS while using ACTION to record. Thanks!

CPU and GPU are too poor. You can't play battlefield Hardline easily on that. .. I will suggest to make a custom pc. ... At that rate you can built very good pc comparable to this. .... We are always here to help you. ...:)

very very very poor, the Gt610 barely qualifies as a GPU, it will not play well with any modern game.

It also does not mention what PSU it has, and therefore upgrading the GPU will probably require a PSU update as well.

Sorry to say, but that's not going to cut it for gaming let alone streaming/recording.

Is that your budget? Because it's going to be extremely difficult to get a streaming/recording PC at that price. If you give us a budget someone will be able to give you a hand with a build.
