Is this a good laptop and price? Lenovo y40

Picked up the Lenovo y40 i7, Radeon m275, 1080p, 8 gig mainly for surfing the web and playing Dota 2. Is this sufficient power to run Dota 2 at max settings?

Also for the specs, it's costing me $525 out of pocket after some creative accounting, is that a good price? I realize this isn't top of the line as far as gaming is concerned, but it's pretty tops when it comes to "ultra book" size gaming.

It could have, but my bottom line price would have been higher and since I have a nice desktop already, I really liked the portability of the 14".

Well check notebookcheck.com and look how well the Radeon R9 M275 runs on Dota.
