Agreed! The processor is more than perfect for Minecraft and the GPU is .. decent.

The CPU is more than enough since Minecraft does not use more than 2 cores to the best of my knowledge. I probably only uses one core.

The GT 730m is more than powerful enough to play Minecraft at 1366x768 resolution.

How many fps should I expect?

You should expect pretty high FPS since minecraft is not that demanding. The video below shows how Minecraft performs on a Sony Viao Duo 13 with a core i5-4200u and the Intel HD 4400 at 1920x1080 resolution which is basically double the number of pixels compared to a 1366x768 resolution screen.
