Is this a good treadmill?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I'm looking for a new treadmill to buy. I have an around £60 budget to use (from what I can tell this isn't enough but there are a few options). I found this one on ebay but it's a new listing and only 3 have been sold. He only has one positive feedback in the last year which is nothing to do with the treadmill. Is this treadmill alright for me to buy?

At that price I'd have to say no.... a good excercise treadmill, ski thing (Nordic Track) or e-bike will run from $800 - $1500 (£630 -
£1200)

For that price, buy a good pair of sneakers and go for a walk.
That treadmill will fall apart in a couple of months.
