ASUS 15.6-Inch X551MAV-EB01-B(S) Intel Dual-Core Celeron 2.16 GHz Laptop, 4GB RAM and 500GB Hard Drive is this a good latop for league of legends?

It will run it, not overly well, the recommended requirements call for a 3GHz CPU, 4GB of DRAM and a dedicated GPU with a min of 512 of VRAM - the laptop uses Intel graphics so it will be using system DRAM lowering you under 4GB, and the Celeron dual Core is barely a 2GHz CPU. So again it will run, not overly well

It will help, LOL is more CPU intensive rather than GPU, so the Celeron might drag you down
