Is this good enough for video recording - ACTi Mega Pixel Cameras

I need to know about ACTi mega pixel cameras. please tell me is it good enough for video recording or capturing etc..

What specific model are you looking at? It looks as though the ACTi cameras are survelliance cameras. What are you going to capture/record with an ACTi camera?
