I want to play games such as combat arms, killing floor, and payday 2. The specs are
Hp Pavillion 17-e067cl
8 gb ram
AMD elite quad core a8 5550m
2.1 ghz, but up to 3.1 with turbo core
AMD Radeon HD 8550G, 4206 mb of dedicated system memory

Agreed. It will play those games in low to medium settings, but most likely in low settings. The integrated GPU will struggle, especially in Pay Day 2 (unsure of Combat Arms).
