Hello everyone, my laptop's temperature has been going so high lately and this is worrying me, so i decided i'd ask this here.
http://prntscr.com/71f3se

My processor is Intel Core i3-3110M
So please, tell me whether should i do something or not.
If providing only the processor isn't enough, feel free to ask me to provide more.

Thanks!

If the laptop is more than a year old (which it probably is since you have an Ivy Bridge-era processor), just get a can of compressed air, turn the laptop off, take it outside, and blow air into all the fan and vent holes. Keep blowing until you stop seeing dust come out, especially from the fan intake/outlet. That's almost always the cause of the overheating in laptops which have been used for a while.

Depending on your environment, I recommend repeating this every 2-6 months.

Those temps are pretty high.
A few things you can do to improve the cooling.
Make sure that the input fan isnt clogged up with dust and other garbage.
You can get a cooling pad, probably not this one, it is just an example:

You can also get a cooler that sucks the air out of the slot where the heat is usually pushed out from, again probably not this one :

Also noticed that your RAM usage is pretty high, are you doing anything that would cause that?

You may also want to try a different CPU temp reader, I like Hwinfo, and try seeing what your temps are under a very high load, in Prime95
