Hi there,

I have a Next Subwoofer and a Tornado Amp 400Watts. The sub woofer does not say how much watts it is or there is no model number on it as well. I am going to connect these to a car battery in my house so I can get it to connect to my computer however I dont know which wiring kit to purchase for it? The AMP has 2 fuses which are 20A each so it is a 40A AMP. Will a 8AWG wire be fine for connecting a 400Watt AMP to a battery?

Can someone also tell me which wire I should buy for connecting the Subwoofer to the AMP, Link would be nice! : )

Here is the Wiring Kit I have in my mind...

Is this wire fine for connecting the Sub woofer to the AMP?

Is this 8AWG 1000Watt Wiring Kit fine for connecting the AMP to the battery?

What do you mean by actual speaker wire for the sub? Could you show me an image of one please.. and as for charging the battery I am going to use a battery charged which plugs into a socket at home. I am not going to use the Sub for no more than 20minutes max each time any way so I don't see why it should over charge or go flat on me.

You still have not mentioned if the wiring kit is fine for the AMP?
