Is useing hybrid xfire

Hello,
I am looking at this laptop on newegg. Reading the reviews I see people saying it is crossfire, but my understand of how the hybrid crossfire works is jest what I have read. An very lacking. So can someone help me out and tell me if this is or is not.

Here is a simple review of the Hybrid Crossfire technology on Fusion APUs:

From what I gathered, it has some functionality, and is worth using if you have a notebook with that CPU/GPU set.

Still, I wouldn't consider it good enough to chose over a better GPU.
