Is worth buying Refursbished HP elitebook 8470p with i5 3rd gen, 8gb ram, 1Tb harddisk , in 2017

did you check warranty compare to brand new with the price would not go for it for me . brand new sell at 500 on amazon.ca

NO! Did that, makes better use as door stop or rowboat anchor. Paid 177 for similar specs. Replaced CD (Read only) with 500gb hdd and it works is about the best I will say about it. Hope you found something newer w/o HP design kluge.
