Isolating voice from a video clip?

I want to isolate a quote from a tv show scene but there is music in the background that I want to remove, and I tried adobe audition and it didn't work. I also know the tutorials with Audacity but the tutorials seem to be with song only and the instrumental of the song is needed in most of the tutorials. is there any way to do this and with what software is it possible to do it?

I've managed to remove noise from background to make the voice clearer with audacity. I guess you can do the same with audacity(music instead of noise in your case)
