Issues with lg HDMI arc n Samsung home theatre arc enabled

I have 4k lg smart TV with HDMI ARC and Samsung blue ray player which supports ARC, I connected the LG TV HDMI 2(ARC) with HDMI out of Home theatre. Enabled the TV audio setting to external speakers (ARC), but TV sound is not coming in the home theatre.

Did you select ARC as the source on the HTS?
Try changing the audio output type in the TV menu.
Try a different HDMI cable. The old ones didn't support ARC.
