I need Lenovo company phone number if I’m able to ask that question

Did you try going to the Lenovo site and going to their support section?

I tried but it’s not giving me any contact number to fix this issue there is two numbers I found one is a robot call and the only one that directs me to another department and it hangs up no number I found that gets me to a person
