Your post is a tad confusing. Are you trying to use a phone that needs a SIM without a SIM?

Well you could use it for things done over the internet, if you have WiFi access. However some devices would even work at all without a SIM in them. Even if it is a non-working SIM.

If you lost your SIM, just contact your carrier/service provider and they will get you a new one.
