Ive lost my connection window its behind my taskbar

Hello,
my 3 internet connection box was annoying me, so i dragged it to the bottom of my screen, and somehow its fallen too far down for me to retrieve it? I've re-started my system hoping that it would return to its normal place, but its still down there. I can see it, its behind my taskbar but there's no way for me to click and drag it back into place!!! help!

ALT+TAB so the window you desire is selected, then press ALT+Spacebar. This will bring up a menu on the screen - choose Move. You can then use the arrow keys to re-position the window.
