J-3 Galaxy to non Smart TV

What cables do I use to connect my Galaxy J-3 to my dumb TV. I do not have internet service nor do I want to do it with a hotspot I'm trying to watch movies on Netflix on my phone and use it on my non Smart TV. I have hotspot on my phone to get the signal into my computer and then USB into my TV. That has been costing me way too much to a hotspot. I'm looking for the proper cables so I don't do it via hotspot
