Java for Samsung Tablet 10.1

OK so I understand that Java is not supported on Android OS what are the alternatives? Or am I just out of luck?

Android devices do not support Java unfortunately.

There used to be a Java to Dalvik cross compiler available on the market but I am unable to find it these days.
