jbl pebbles speakers not working Properly

Hello All,

My JBL speakers are not working properly, while playing they suddenly go to mute and after some seconds they again start

what would be the problem, recently i formatted my Dell laptop with windows 7 32 bit
earlier it was 64bit, Please tell me if it would be the problem and what i need to do?

Hi,

2 things that might be causing that problem. First is please check the audio cable make sure it's connected all the way in. Second is the driver of the sound card might require the latest driver from HP support site. You need to got Device Manager first then uninstall the old sound card driver then download and install the latest one there is from HP support site.
