Jbl playlist to tv audio

I connected my JBL playlist portable speaker to Samsung tv 32h4100 using audio jack male with audio out port on tv. I selected external speaker instead of tv speaker. But the sound is inaudible or very low on speaker.

When I connect the same jack to my mobile to jbl speaker it works well.

Is there any different with audio out port of tv and mobile?

Your mobile is a headphone jack so it has a lot more output than the line level output jack on the TV. Just turn the speaker volume up. It's normal that you would have to do that.

I tried maximum volume. It is still inaudible almost zero sound.
Do I need any converter to increase output from line level output?

Any suggestion how to improve line audio from tv Out to jbl speaker?

Check if the TV volume affects the audio output.
