Not enough info, what is the exact model of this lg phone? did it works before?

You shouldn't need Java to access Google or other places. Also, a Browser and Java are two separate things.

Well everytime I try to access my Google account it tells me that I can't because JavaScript has been unabled

It saying JavaScript is not enabled means your browser is not allowing for it. Which would only happen if you turned it off in the settings of the browser, as the browser would come with it enabled.
