Yes. HP give replacement...but in case of motherboard I don't know.
In-between warranty period motherboard can be replaced.

i have a x360 that my school gave me. it has Intel Pentium.
On the area below the keyboard and to the left of the mouse-pad it says x360.
Does this indicate that there is a x360 as well as a Spectre x360?
And if so, why have they upgraded from the slowest of the slowest processors to the fastest of the fastest? Surely it should have had a streak of fast processors.
