Mcafee is popping up every now and then telling me JS Exploit Sty kit has been quarantined. Does anyone know what it is/does, where it comes from & how to get rid of it?

I don't really understand the removal instructions. It takes me to a page with things I can download but no idea how to use them to get rid of it??

it tell you do update to the latest definition to clear the Trojan, then stop going to whatever website you are getting it from.
