This is why teachers should have tasers. When little shits like this act up, taze 'em. There's no discipline in schools or at home anymore, so I think this is excessive enough to balance out the problem with kids these days. 😉

Honestly they should cut to the chase and just put him behind bars for life. He's a trainwreck and he'll probably be in and out of jail for the rest of his life anyway. By imprisoning him now, you're saving the police time so they don't have to keep arresting the jackass over and over again.
