Question JVC LT-32C672(A) Black Screen After Startup.

My JVC LT-32C672(A) all of a sudden will not display any picture after startup. When I turn it on, there is a JVC logo for about a second, then it just flashes and goes black.
I've tried holding the power button for 60 seconds, which doesn't seem to do anything.
I am unable to attempt a factory reset by holding the volume down and menu buttons as there are no buttons on the back of the TV apart from a volume slider which can also be pressed to power it on.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
