I am making gameplay videos in Sony Vegas Pro 13 for youtube. I noticed that all my videos (after being rendered) have been having the audio mixed down to one stream instead of keeping the separate streams intact (commentary and game sounds). Is there a way to keep both streams separate so I can come back and fix an individual one separately later on.

You may need to render one audio track separate from the other and then use a program like AVIMuxGUI to add the second track in and then render the video. There are probably more options for software than the one I mentioned that will allow you to do the same thing.
