Keeps Rebooting when internet is on

I have an HP 2000-369WM running windows 7. Heres my problem, when I connect to the internet in ANY way 5 seconds later my computer will reboot itself. What is causing this? How can I fix it?

Just to be safe, run memtest and hard drive diagnostics.

I would also suggest looking at getting the latest network card driver.
