Key board,screen display and fan problem

My PC is toshiba and there is something wrong with it's fan, the fan is running continuosly, it's screen is not display or it is black with out any light,it's key board is not working. until it's batery or charger is pluged out it doesn't switched off by switch button.

Remove AC, Remove Battery and any USB then press the power button for 30 seconds and insert you battery and press the power button for 30 seconds if that does not work then it is either your CMOS battery that has gone bad or your RAM, Try replacing your CMOS/RTS battery and Re-seat your RAM(unplug, clean, plug it back in).
