Solved! Key Lock on digimark Chinese tv

HI PLEASE HELP

I have a Digimark DG-AB40 tv

I get a key lock massage when i try to use the side pannel button's to operate the tv.

The remote broke and i baught a new one but tv not responding to the newer make remote . Got the remote from the same guy who sold me the tv he said it might not work as its a newer remote.

Is there a way to unlock the key lock without remote?
Ive seen it been done a while back with simular tv but cannot recall the steps .

Please help me?
