Keyboard always need to press fn before clicking one of the f keys like f11

Hello everyone,
Does anyone know why and how to fix a problem that I have with my keyboard?
when I play a game like minecraft and I want to play in fullscreen, my hotkey is f11 but I always have to click FN + f11 to go in fullscreen and I would like to know if I could change it so I just have to press f11.

Many new laptops are annoyingly set like that. Typically if you go into the BIOS you can change the Fn key functionality to be reverse of what it currently is.
