Solved! Keyboard and trackpad not working, Dell Inspiron 14R

My Dell Inspiron 14R laptop doesn't work properly. It's always been slow so I've just gotten in the habit of going into safe mode since it works ok there, but I've been getting tired of not being able to have sound so I decided to try to fix the problem and uninstall whatever was making my computer run slow. So I used the command prompt to uninstall "unnecessary" applications and I think I uninstalled something that had to do with my mouse and keyboard because now I can't use either of them, not even to log in. Help me please

What OS is installed?

Are/were you using external keyboard and mouse via USB or wireless?

Do you have a recovery disk or USB stick?

I have Windows 7 installed and no I haven't used any external mouse or keyboard. I do have a usb stick, I think it's 8 gb
