Keyboard Doesnt Work

Lenovo G580 some buttons of keyboard stopped working one by one. Sometimes some of them work but some them never work. My problem is when i hold a key than push another key, hold key stops holding. So when you ctrl w or space w or w d space stuff; they do not work, hold buttons get canceled and you have to hold again. Do you have this problem, what is solution? I want a keyboard driver file for installing a different keyboard driver. I am using USB keyboard; it has same holding problem. Labtop keys doesnt work well.

Windows XP windows 10 didnt change anything.

When i turn on my pc while plugged sometimes it gets stuck and i hear switch noise every second like a part of computer doesnt start. I always hear priodic tick noises when i load RAM too much or long time working. I think my PC have electric problem; pc parts doesnt get right electricity and getting fried one by one. This problems all started years ago and slowly turned to worse.
