Keyboard keys are wrong

There's a problem with my keyboard. It's not the classic nun lock key. When I type a it shows b z=y 1=2 I rarely use my laptop and just had this problem. It also show the same problem on an external keyboard. How do I fix this

I think...
You are using the wrong keyboard layout.
You have a QWERTZ keyboard but Windows is set to QWERTY....or vice versa...

Hthey keyboard is right, it's like everything has been shifted by 1 "order"

Eg 1 is 2 3 is 4 4 is 3 2 is 1

None of those worked for me

have u reinstalled it from device manager???
if its still not working, then probably u have to consider a bios update...
