Keyboard :- Letter Y

My asus Zenfone 5 LTE having issue with keyboard. when i try to type letter Y in the keyboard it's not appearing?

That does not make sense as it's a virtual keyboard. Did you try to reboot the phone? Try downloading a different keyboard and use that. Also make sure that the screen where the letter is located works, try another app and test the touch in that area.
