Keyboard not working

Hi i have an Easynote LE11BZ, i formatted the hard drive and reinstalled windows 8. Now the keyboard is not working properly. The letters are working fine, but special characters are not working. WHAT CAN BE WRONG!?

Download and install drivers for windows 8
on your laptop
Also problem can be of hardware
for that contact easynote
