Solved! keyboard not working

hello, my laptop is ASUS VIVOBOOK MAX X441U but the keyboard can't work especially f10 so I try to use aplication keytweak after that my keyboard can't work for all, pls give me advice

You could use the built-in Windows Ease of Access which you find in your programme list, and part of that is the Onscreen Keyboard.

Use it first to uninstall the junk you downloaded.
