Keyboard on my iView laptop stopped working while I was using it! Plzz Help!

My iview laptop keyboard stopped working! None of my keys work! All it lets me use is the on screen keyboard. Can you plzzz tell me how to fix this? TIA

I had the same trouble and tried everything...So I thought. On the side of the computer (left side) next to the power button there is a small lock/unlock button. This apparently controls the keyboard. I think this is what another user tried to explain, but I felt it was not clear. Try that and if it does not work. Either try youtube or call customer service.

You may (inadvertently) have touched a small toggle button on the right side of the keyboard.

This link to Walmart's customer review section contains some user experiences with the iView brand. One user mentions a scenario that seems identical to yours, and it turns out it's a small button which is apparently easy to activate by accident. Look for a poster called 'iluvkev23' under the heading "Took a risk on new brand...":
