keyboard problems solved

Why are a lot of the problems listed as solved, not? It is very frustrating to look for a problem solution, and see your same problem marked as solved. Then when you have read the entire thread, there is NO solution. I don't see that as SOLVED!

Probably because new people, coming to to forums for the first time, see the "Pick as the Solution" button as a command and not a suggestion. Picking a solution marks the thread as "Solved".
