keyboard up arrow button releases itself after hold down

Hello,

Product Name: HP OMEN15-AX206
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

While gaming, I noticed that when i hold down up arrow after couple seconds it releases itself, even if i continue to hold it, it just stops working. like it loses connection.

And it doesn't happen in only one game, it happens in every single one of them.


It might not be only up arrow key, but i'm not 100% sure.





I tried to change everything in keyboard settings, and in ease of acess for keyboard. any suggestions how could i fix the problem?



I tried filter keys on, and off.... nothing. for now i have everything off in ease of access.

It may well just be the physical key. You could try connecting an external keyboard and see if it works fine. If it does, then it is the attached keyboard that has a problem.
