Keys 123478Backspace and p do not work in OS

I had a screen die on me recently, and sent it to ASUS support to have the screen replaced. When it returned, it came with a new case, screen, and keyboard. It still contained the same hard drive at least. Quickly attempting to log into my laptop, I realize the keys 1,2,3,4,7,8,9, backspace, and P did not work. I quickly made sure I am marked with an US keyboard in the settings and that my language was in US . I also uninstalled all keyboard drivers in my device manager. On reboot, the keyboard did not work. I checked to see if it was able to type those keys in the Bios and it worked perfectly though. I then went to reinstall the OS (windows 64-bit 10.0 build 15063) that I had plans to anyways. I still had the same issue and am lost upon what to do now. Any suggestions to try?

If they just replaced your keyboard and now it isn't working, you need to contact them again to get them to resolve the problem.
