Question Kid threw a ball at our Samsung

My son threw a tiny toy ball at our Samsung and it now has a bunch of lines in the section that got hit. Nothing is cracked on the screen surface, so this is clearly internal. Everything works sound wise - it is just the picture affected. Am I completely screwed and have to buy a new one?? 😔

Unfortunately, the panel is damaged. You'll need to replace the screen.
