Question Kindle

I don’t know if this is the right place to post but I have a Kindle paperwhite signature edition and a friend just gifted me an audiobook that won’t download to the kindle. I signed up for the audible monthly and got a book and tried that and it worked fine so I looked up the format and it says whisper sync but the audiobook my friend gifted me is Dolby atmos does that format just not work on kindles? ( oh and I’ve done turn off, turn on and force restart)
