Kodi can run on Android, Windows, MacOS, iOS & Linux. If your BluRay player's OS is based on one of these, it's theoretically possible.

If it;s proprietary (like Sony's OS), then it's likely not supported.

Exactly if/how you could do this, will depend on the specific BluRay player in question...... but chances are likely slim at best.
