Solved! Kotion g2200 mic broken

I bought a Kotion g2200 headset about a year ago and it worked perfectly until yesterday when the mic stopped working. The headset still played audio but the mic wasn't working. I noticed that the leds at the top of the headset wasn't working either. It is a usb only headset and my os is windows 10. Are there any solutions to fixing this?

There are usually solutions but there is no magic thing like "hit the letter J and they will work". It could be a wire issue, which means you would need to take them apart, examine the wiring, solder / replace if needed.
